We are heading to the Coffee Excellence Center in the Institute of Chemistry and Biotechnology of Zürich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) on February 10-11, 2020.
A two-day conference designed to educate, inform, and inspire the specialty coffee sensory professionals, Sensory Summit Zürich, Switzerland will showcase the latest in academic research on sensory science techniques, opportunities to improve coffee quality, and learnings from other food science disciplines.
As part of the program, each session will include direct sensory experiences (tasting, smelling, and sensory demonstration) related to the research presented.
